ugh, why can't I think of any good titles latelyDX

ok so I want to get one thing straight....this idea was not born because of the fact that these two have similar powers or anything to do with Static officially becoming a Titan...it came from watching way to much Static Shock and Teen Titans I guess Zapps talked Static into showing her how he gets around...though I highly doubt she cares, she probably was just flirting with him...oh and yes the girl does actually use those gaggles of hers...they aren't just a fashion statement, hehe

I know I probably messed up on Static in some way but I did this without looking at any kind of refs...oh and I also forgot to do the electric trail thing coming from his disc=_=' oh well, I was worrying more on trying to not make the water look like complete crap that I didn't think at all about it...
